Most of them have children and family members they see only occasionally because they are away working in Hong Kong. These mothers want to go home so badly. Many have children that are in the care of husbands, aunts or parents and they have not been able to be part of their lives.

Our first Public Affairs video!!

Dragon Back Hike and Big Wave Beach
Contrary to what many believe, senior missionaries ARE able to swim. We had an amazing time with Elder and Sister Orton hiking 3 hours to Big Wave Beach on Hong Kong Island. We didn't know it at the time, but the waves at the beach were actually much bigger than normal due to a typhoon in the Philippines. Our "boogie boarding" was not the prettiest sight, but it sure was a lot of fun.
