Feb. 2018--Cambodia's Angkor Wat

It's so hard to describe what it's like walking around this 900 year old Hindu site. The temples in Angkor Wat comprise the largest religious site in the world. It's quite incredible and indescribable.

Our tour guide was very friendly. He has a doctor's degree, but there is very little opportunity for employment in Cambodia. 

It's a steep climb to the top of these temples.Tim and Leslie Pelton seem to handle it just fine.

Cambodian farmers do a lot of field burning in February. The result is a smoky haze throughout the area.
