Feb. 2018--China Teacher Program Meets in Hong Kong

It's great to get back to Hong Kong, if even for a few days. It was quite chilly, but we had a blast reconnecting to old friends and sharing our love of Hong Kong with new friends in the BYU China Teacher Program.

Fellow CTP teachers and administrators at a restaurant in beautiful Tai O village. Diana is an exquisite hostess. From Left to right: Alan Malan, Todd Forsythe, Kim Malan, Chuck, Diana, Laraine, Leslie Pelton, Tim Pelton, Ruth Ann Martin, SheRae Forsyth.

Diana in front of her home's door. Her house is on stilts and is approximately 150-170 square feet. Her heart is bigger than her home, however. She loves to bring in visitors and let them have a glimpse of what it's like to live in this quaint fishing village.

Reunited with our Peninsula 2nd branch. We love these Filipina, Indonesian, and Madagasi women!

We will forever love these beautiful women and faithful members of the LDS church.

We are happy to come back for a visit with our Pen 2 sisters

Awesome ladies!!

Dear friends, Charisse and Doug Holyoak shared their Hong Kong apartment in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong for a few days following the official CTP Meeting. It was great to catch up with them. They were excellent hosts.

Okay, call the newspapers. An unusual ailment is spreading in Hong Kong. Only the female of the species is affected by sudden dementia.

Fellow teacher, Casey, loves the food in Hong Kong.

We got to introduce dear friends, Tim and Leslie Pelton to dear friend, Annie Wong, in the Wanchai church office building.

Trip to Victoria Peak, Hong Kong.

Fun in Diana's home.

Laraine and Diana share a moment in her house.

Diana conducts a tour around Tai O Village.

At the restaurant, this "uncle" of Diana's (actually just a villager), asked that we sing him a song. We sang a couple of songs including "I am a Child of God." He wept.
